Description
He's coming along nicely, actually. I'm trying to put as much aesthetic detail as I can to help give the aged and rotten feel. Eventually I may add chips and dings to the leather of this belt to help make it look like the leather is dried and falling apart. here we have the simple "wear and tear" that happens when a strip of leather goes so long without being oiled. The set of stirrups I currently use have these tiny shallow cracks forming on the surface. I need to oil them (and the whole saddle by now I'm sure) but they held for good reference at least 
I may add more to this eventually. Right now I'm working on the shading and detailing of the muscles that are visible. I'm trying to make this guy look like he'd been sitting in a cavern where the crabs, birds, rodents, and saltwater can eat away his skin and such, when he reanimated. The rest of the wear and tear would be from battles and such he and his undead crew .... "lived" through.
He's looking cool so far
