So this... Uhm.. I guess this is me? XD It's me, yes. I don't have that much purple in my hair anymore, though, but I like purple so YEH. I have a version with the quote "Everything that DROWNS me makes me want to FLY" on it, but I like this one so much better so I used it anyway. I didn't expect it to turn out so well, so *OathKeeps sorry, but I didn't record it >_> I was literally expecting it to be a sketchy, not a freaking gorgeous picture.

I greyscaled this, too, so that's a lot of accomplishment to me. I'm not familiar with the way the light was bouncing in the reference, so I tried to keep it as close as possible without literally copying the reference, but either way I feel that it fits in the image, though I may have been able to add some highlights along the profile since the light is coming from the back. I felt it wasn't strong enough to really matter whichever way.

I was also going to blur the back legs, but I liked the way the splash looked so I didn't want to have to blur that. As you can see, I kept it as is.

And yes, I do have a freaking huge scar going down my forearm, and yes, I do have a scar on the top of my middle finger from accidentally slipping when sharpening a knife. (I also have a scar on the same finger from almost getting my hand cut off in woodshop, had I not reacted as quickly as I did. Needless to say, they got rid of the class at the end of that year ) Oh, and the blaze is the only chrome on the horse, because it's based off of a birthmark I have on the forearm of my right arm XD It looks like a blob on the horse, but it looks like a billowing flame from a flamethrower on my arm. I'm just that awesome~

I woke up this morning with this song stuck in my head. I didn't feel like bootlegging it so I actually bought it from iTunes (Oh the irony) and now I have it xD I surprisingly didn't listen to it when drawing this, though. In fact, I'm listening to Irish's theme song: Help! I'm alive by Metric "I tremble; THEY'RE [garbage cans] GONNA EAT ME ALIVE"

Anyway, I donno what this is in terms of art (Rage/vent/etc) but it's pretty so DON'T QUESTION ME~~~~!

The song is how I've been feeling, though; more accurately, the quote. Everything that's been going on in my head has been drowning me in spontaneous depression spurts, and even anger. I've been waiting to just take the CLASS to get my license for over a year (I'm turning freaking 17 this November, WTF?) and now it's actually SCHEDULED for September 9th. SO CLOSE BUT STILL AGES AWAY. I'm getting impatient, because I really want to move Irish already, and at the very least, be able to get out to the current barn every day to ride. Then THEY CAN'T GIVE ME ANY CRAP ABOUT NOT BEING OUT THERE ENOUGH. Heheheh

I really don't know what's wrong with me right now, to be honest. Just an hour ago I was bawling in anger and now I'm freaking hyperhigh AS FECK.

The worst part is that I'm not even tired, and it's 4:44 AM. All 4's >u>
